Terms of Service

These terms apply to every purchase on KinaStore. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are

KinaStore is an independent online shop selling digital cosmetic items (avatar decorations, nameplates, profile effects and bundles). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Discord Inc. or any other platform whose items we sell. All trademarks belong to their owners.

2. Your account

You need a KinaStore account (email and password) to order. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account.

We never ask for your login, password, token or verification code for any other service. If someone claiming to be KinaStore asks for these, it is not us. Report it on the Contact page.

3. Orders and payment

Prices are shown in EUR (a USD estimate is shown for convenience). Payment is made in cryptocurrency through OxaPay, or from your KinaStore wallet balance. An order is confirmed only once the full payment is confirmed on the blockchain.

Underpaid or expired invoices are not fulfilled automatically. Contact us with your order ID if this happens.

4. Delivery

Items are delivered as standard gift links to the email address of your KinaStore account, usually within minutes of payment. Delivery can take longer when items are out of stock. Your order page always shows the current status.

You redeem each gift link yourself while signed in to your own account. Gift links should be redeemed within 47 hours of delivery.

5. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use KinaStore for fraud, chargeback abuse, money laundering or to resell stolen goods. We may cancel orders and close accounts that break these terms.

7. Liability

The shop is provided as is. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
